Muay Thai

Beginner Muay Thai – Get Fit, Learn Skills, Have Fun

Looking to get in shape, build confidence, and learn a powerful martial art? Our Beginner Muay Thai classes are the perfect place to start. Designed for all fitness levels, these high-energy sessions focus on the fundamentals of Muay Thai—also known as the "Art of Eight Limbs"—using punches, kicks, elbows, and knees in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

Each class includes a dynamic warm-up, technique drills, foot work exercises and conditioning. You’ll improve your fitness, coordination, and striking skills while burning calories and building muscle. No experience needed—just bring your energy, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Fitness Kickboxing

Fitness Kickboxing Class

A high-energy, 45-minute HIIT-style kickboxing class focused on building strength and improving fitness. You'll spend time hitting the heavy bag, rotating through stations with battle ropes, weights, and resistance bands for a full-body workout.

Many parents join this class while their children participate in the Kids MMA class running at the same time—making it a great way for the whole family to stay active and healthy together. A fun, effective workout and a fantastic hobby for all ages!

Kids Class

Kids MMA Classes

Our 45-minute Kids MMA classes teach valuable self-defense skills, discipline, and fitness in a structured, supportive group environment. Kids build confidence, improve coordination, and have fun while staying active.

While your child is in class, you can take advantage of our Fitness Kickboxing class in the room next door—designed specifically for parents. It’s a great way for the whole family to stay healthy, active, and engaged together!

MMA Class

In our MMA classes, students will integrate the striking techniques learned in Muay Thai with grappling skills. The curriculum includes wrestling-based takedowns, ground control, ground-and-pound, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu submissions. Students will also learn how to defend against takedowns and how to get back to their feet effectively.
